About Luminary Leadership Academy

We believe that all is possible for those who dare to dream it, declare it, and pursue their dreams in committed action. Once we get out of our own way, it is amazing what is possible for us and the world.

Luminary Leadership Academy (LLA) is a transformational training organization that supports people in unlocking their power, passion and purpose. Bringing Transformation to the Atlanta Metro area for the first time in 2025, LLA is setting out to establish a strong network of creative, inspiring and passionate leaders focused on developing extraordinary results for themselves, their families and their community.

Our trainings are innovative and have been meticulously designed to create positive impact and lasting results. We draw on theories from psychology, linguistics, neuroscience, sociology, and organizational development to create transformation in individuals and teams.

LLA was created by Nichole O’Brien, a newly minted resident of Shiloh, Georgia after a few years of bi-coastal training and facilitation at multiple transformational centers. Realizing the profound opportunities of creating a lighthouse company of the Southeast, and the deep longing for generational healing in the South, Luminary Leadership Academy was born in 2025.

The Founder

Nichole O'Brien

Nichole O’Brien is a woman of service and love with an ethereal connection to nature and family. She has studied facilitation and entrepreneurship since 2012, creating a ropes course/outdoor experiential learning company along the way called Reach Latitude, LLC, established in 2014.

In addition to adventure courses, she also is an accomplished 3rd Weekend/Graduation trainer for the 3rd Level - Living Leadership Program and spent 5 years coordinating the PhD Level of training at a West Coast company.

She is most proud of her beautiful family with a loving husband and 6 “Brady Bunch-ed” children, living on a 196 acre ranch an hour south of Atlanta. With a heart full of faith in the divine timing of all things, Luminary Leadership Academy became the calling to make the biggest impact for good in the Atlanta metro area, to be the change in the world that we wish to see, and the starter of the conversation that all people are created equal and with great divine purpose.
